The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which was signed during the Saudi–U.S. Forum headed by President Donald J. Trump and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will see the two entities adopt Elutions’ advanced Maestro AI, and Maestro Axis solutions to drive innovation and economic growth across Saudi Arabia’s marine logistics landscape. Elutions’ Maestro technology prioritizes value chain optimization to enhance performance and competitive advantage, critical pillars of The Kingdom’s Vision 2030 roadmap.
The joint venture aims to deliver a sophisticated two-tier technology framework: the Maestro AI platform for high-impact optimization and complex analytics, and the foundational Maestro Axis solution for standardized core technology implementation.
Front End and Elutions’ partnership will focus on delivering transformative financial value across the Kingdom’s Marine Logistics sector. It is targeting Saudi Arabia’s $25.49 billion (2024) freight and logistics market that’s projected to reach $35.9 billion by 2030, indicating a wealth of opportunities are emerging for operational and sectoral improvement. Elutions’ approach offers an innovative compensation structure that links success and reward intrinsically to the measurable value created for the client.
